- Rates include room taxes
- A two-night minimum stay is required during the "in-season" on weekends. Holiday weekends may differ.
- Off season rates do not apply to holidays. For one night off season stays a $15 per night surcharge applies.
- A deposit of one night's stay within seven days is required to hold a reservation. Balance is due at the conclusion of your stay.
- Two week cancellation notice is required for deposit refund (one night’s stay). There is a $25.00 cancellation service fee for any cancellation.
- Any cancellation less than two weeks notice will result in loss of deposit.
- We accept Visa and Master credit cards, although cash and checks are most appreciated.
- Rooms are ready for check-in by 2:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM
