Minimum Stay & Policies |

- Rates include
room taxes.
- A two-night minimum stay is
required during the "in-season" on weekends. Holiday weekends may
differ.
- Off
season rates apply to stays of two nights or more and does not include
holidays. For one night off season stays a $15 surcharge is added.
- A
deposit of one night's stay within seven days is required to
hold a reservation. Balance is due upon arrival. Two week cancellation notice is
required for deposit refund (one nights stay). 10 dollar service fee where
applicable.
- We accept Visa
and Master credit cards,
although cash and checks are most appreciated.
- Rooms are ready for check-in by
2:00 PM. check-out time is 11:00 AM
