Welcome to the Beech Tree Bed and Breakfast

Our thoughtfully restored 1860s Greek Revival home blends historic charm with modern comfort and is ideally situated in the heart of the Historic Seaport Village of Rockport, Massachusetts. It is just a short stroll to the harbor, Shalin Liu Performance Center, beach, art galleries, restaurants, boutique shops and the train station connecting coastal towns to Boston. 

Discover Our History

Our historic home is aptly named for its 150-year-old majestic Copper Beech tree. It is a welcoming landmark to tourists and locals alike due to its prominent location on Broadway. Ideally situated in the heart of Rockport’s walkable historic district, the house sits stoically on a hill amidst beautifully landscaped grounds with perennial gardens, natural stone patio and fountains.

Amenities

Our rooms feature fine linens, down duvets, soft Turkish towels, spa robes, soaking tubs, rainforest showerheads, and Gilchrist and Soames toiletries. All of our rooms have TVs, AC, ceiling fans, guest refrigerators, Keurig coffee makers and a selection of coffees, teas, chilled filtered water and complimentary WIFI access.


Enjoy a complimentary breakfast of fresh seasonal fruit, juice, Greek yogurt, homemade granola, and sweet or savory freshly baked goods.


Our convenient location in the village and complimentary parking provides guests with a walkable experience to appreciate all that Rockport has to offer. Stroll to Sandy Bay Harbor, Motif#1, Front Beach, Shalin Liu Performance Center, boat tours, art galleries, boutique shops, and numerous restaurants and casual eateries to enjoy the freshest seafood ever!
